ITHSA attends the Rosebank College Graduation
The ITHSA had the privilege of being invited as a VIP guest for the 2017 Graduation Ceremony at Rosebank College, Pretoria.
The ITHSA level 3 Tourism and Hospitality Management programme, is an international qualification certified by the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality in the UK.
34 graduates were presented with their awards on stage and had their photo taken to the bursts of ululations as families and friends cheered them on.
ITH students study for _ years to achieve their programme certificate but the moment they put on their caps and gowns, all the hard work and hours spent studying is all forgotten.
The graduation took place at the prestigious Monument Restaurant, at the Voortrekker Monument in Pretoria. The room was filled to capacity as proud family members took their seats to the left of the hall and excited graduates sat at the right.
Some of the male graduates could not hold back and broke into a dance while walking on stage while the ladies walked gracefully in stylish high heels to accept their certificates.
Our ITHSA representative described it as a “humbling and gratifying experience to hear the cheers of the parents as their children walked on stage” and that posing with the enthusiastic graduates for photos was the highlight of the unforgettable day.
The Top Achiever was Gontse Gift Mahlangu who received 87% overall in his class.
Congratulations Class of 2016!
