Food Safety and Hygiene
- Gain an understanding of how to identify the sources and risks of contamination, including how to deal with and report such risks.
- Learn about workflows and the best ways to keep the hygiene of workstations at a suitable level.
- Improve their knowledge of the legal responsibility of food handlers/operators and understand how to be compliant.
Assessments & Exams
Learners are tested on their knowledge and understanding of the course content using a 40-minute online examination, consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions. Learners who score 80% or over receive a pass mark.
